Coming from a large family of successful realtors and appraisers, Caroline was born with real estate in her blood. She saw first hand at an early age how important it is to nurture the needs of clients, and how everyone deserves to have amazing service, no matter what the transaction entails. She spent her childhood summers at the north end of Wrightsville Beach, so after graduating from the University of Alabama in 2016 (Roll Tide Roll!), Wilmington tugged at her heart and she happily made it her permanent home. When she isn’t working, she enjoys boat days with her family, boyfriend, and two dogs, Champ and Odie. She believes that any day spent by the ocean is the best day ever, and a sunset over the Intracoastal Waterway is the greatest way to enjoy an evening. She is excited to partner with Nest, which will give her the tools to build an even more successful business.
